Health Benefits of Electronic Cigarettes - Myths or Truths? Case Study Intro
Aside from saving money, the main reason I (and I guess you are too) am switching to electronic cigarettes is because of the purported health benefits. Well, I'm going to take it upon myself to let you know whether I really can feel the benefits of e-cigarettes in a series of case studies. Through 5 posts, I'm going to be noting the benefits I feel after switching full-time to e-cigs.
The benefits I'm going to look for and examine are:
1. Increased Energy
2. Increased Cardio Health
3. Smell (and by that I mean how much the smell of an electronic cigarette lingering on me compares to a normal one).
4. Senses - Smell and Taste
5. General Feeling and whether I feel any side effects.
I'm not going to study money in-depth as I feel the savings are apparent, even if you only smoke 5-10 cigarettes a day.
I know that when I quit smoking entirely almost a year ago I really noticed the increased energy. Within days I had a spotless apartment, and I was exercising regularly too. Now, what I'd like to know is whether e-cigs can really give you energy. Energy is important to me in particular as I'm not usually a very high energy person anyway, but I'm sure that cigarettes play a significant part.
Note: This isn't a paid study, nor am I being sponsored by any company to blog about what I find. The advice and opinions I offer are 100% impartial and based on my own views, as I'm tired of finding soulless news reports and e-cigarette sale sites telling me what the benefits are.
Be sure to stay tuned and subscribe to the site to catch any updates, as from tomorrow I will be making the switch full time. If you'd like me to look out for anything in particular, just leave a comment below.
